Advanced Lighting and Optical Mechanism

nvi-fzh_4・Adopts advanced “Multistage & multifractionated LED lighting” to clearly show up the conditions of components on the PCB.
・Advanced “High-res angled camera” to inspect the components from inclined angles to ensure pass/fail discrimination when the inspection result using standard vertical camera is “NG”.
・Rework operation can be implemented using the image taken with high-res angled camera. Additional rework systems are not required.


Easy Programming, Precise Inspection

NVI series carry industry-leading levels of proprietary pass/fail discriminant algorithm. Condition of solder fillet as well as that of component (missing, misalignment etc) can be precisely inspected. At the same time all models equips useful applications to support vertical startup of line production. Using these algorithm and applications helps to create inspection programs without depending on the operator’s skill or know-how.

Easy Set-Up

nvi-fzh_5・The Easy Set-Up provides step-by-step operating guidance to support generating inspection program.
・Numerical input/configuration including component physical type and mounting location is not required. Ideal for vertical startup or abbreviated inspection.
・Automatically generates data required for the fillet inspection as well as component inspection

OK Judge

nvi-fzh_6・The system uses registered OK PCB samples only to generate inspection program
・NG PCB samples are not required. Ideal for vertical startup or abbreviated inspection.
・Unknown defectives can be detected based on the criteria that everything but judged pass is all fail.

Advanced Discriminant Analysis
